Ascension SE Wisconsin Hospital - Elmbrook Campus is a place of healing, made just for patients and families. To help make your hospital stay more comfortable for you and your family, we provide a range of amenities, including:

Chapel and spiritual care
Our hospital chaplains are here to administer the sacraments, lead interfaith worship and memorial services, and offer grief support. They are available 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Your parish priest or minister is welcome to visit, and we encourage you to contact him or her. All are welcome in the Elmbrook Hospital chapel for quiet reflection, meditation, and prayer at any time. It's a unique spot to gather, relax and find a quiet moment. The chapel is located on the third floor, south end and is open 24 hours. To request spiritual care services or more information, please call 262-785-2192.

Room service
Elmbrook Hospital is proud to offer a “Meals on Demand” room service program. You can choose your meal from a menu comparable to a restaurant. Just call our nutrition services department, and we will deliver your meal directly to your room. Guest trays are available upon request.

The Elmbrook Hospital gift shop is located at the main entrance (third floor) lobby.

Care management services
Ascension Care Management includes:
- Social Workers
- Registered Nurse (RN) Case Managers
- Discharge Planners
Our care management staff is available on each hospital unit to help create a safe discharge plan in collaboration with the physicians and nursing staff.
Care Management staff can help make arrangements for:- Home health care
- Equipment at home
- Doctor appointments
- Community resources
- Rehabilitation
- Home infusion
- Hospice
- Skilled nursing care
The Care Management team can help you complete an Advance Directive. An Advance Directive is a document that allows you to determine your treatment choices when you are not able to communicate your own preferences.
