Ascension Ebenezer Health Resource Center in Milwaukee, WI, has highly experienced registered nurses, nurse practitioners and community health workers dedicated to caring for people within our community who are struggling. Our goal is to improve healthcare access, health education, health screening and deliver compassionate, personalized care.
We share the Ascension belief in caring for the whole person – body, mind and spirit. Each time a person visits our center, we focus on listening with compassion and offering hope along with our prevention and wellness programs, including:
