  • Five-Star Quality Rating from CMS

    For a third consecutive year, Ascension St. John Broken Arrow has been awarded a five-star rating, the highest achievement level possible, from the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS). The hospital rating summarizes a variety of measures across seven areas of quality – including safety of care, effectiveness of care, and patient experience – into a single star rating for each hospital.

  • Leapfrog Hospital Safety Grade Award

    For Spring 2024, Ascension St. John Broken Arrow was one of just eight hospitals in the state to earn an A rating from Leapfrog. The Leapfrog Hospital Safety Grade is the only hospital ratings program exclusively based on hospital prevention of medical errors, infections and injuries. Ascension St. John Broken Arrow has received this top rating for three consecutive years.
