Tyler Auschwitz, MD

Dr. Auschwitz is a fellowship-trained, board-certified neurosurgeon and provides brain and spine surgery to adult patients.

Dr. Auschwitz has a special interest in disorders of the spine, as well as cerebrovascular diseases, movement disorders, peripheral nerve disorders, brain and spinal tumors.

Dr. Auschwitz specializes in minimally invasive procedures for brain tumors, aneurysms, AVMs, and carotid disease, and has advanced training in cerebrovascular and endovascular neurosurgery. He also performs complex cervical and lumbar spinal surgeries, including decompressions and fusions, and trauma neurosurgery.

Mohammad Yashar Kalani, MD

M. Yashar Kalani, MD, is a board-certified, experienced neurosurgeon at Ascension Medical Group St. John Neurosurgery in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Dr. Kalani uses minimally invasive procedures to repair spine injuries, arthritic spinal conditions and remove spine and brain tumors. Thomas Rapacki, MD

Thomas F. Rapacki, MD, is a board-certified, experienced neurosurgeon at Ascension St. John in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Dr. Rapacki has over twenty five years experience treating brain tumors, spinal tumors, degenerative disorders of the spine, spinal cord stimulation, brain and spine trauma and disorders of peripheral nerves.

Dr. Rapacki received his medical degree from the Uniformed Services University and completed his neurosurgery residency at Walter Reed Army Medical Center. He has been with Ascension St. John since 2005.

Gannon F. Gill, PA, is a physician assistant specializing in neurosurgery at Ascension St. John in Tulsa, Oklahoma.
