We regularly review quality of care, patient safety and patient satisfaction data to ensure we are meeting nationally recognized standards. We also continually focus on quality measures that impact patient outcomes.

  • Four-Star Quality Rating from CMS

    Ascension St. John Jane Phillips has been awarded a four-star rating from the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS). The hospital rating summarizes a variety of measures across seven areas of quality – including safety of care, effectiveness of care, and patient experience – into a single star rating for each hospital.

  • American Association of Cardiovascular and Pulmonary Rehabilitation Certified Program

    American Association of Cardiovascular and Pulmonary Rehabilitation (AACVPR) named Ascension St. John Jane Phillips, an AACVPR certified program for giving patients quality care for patients and their families with cardiovascular and pulmonary disease.

  • Top Performing Hospitals for heart attack patients

    The award recognizes Ascension Jane Phillips’ commitment and success in implementing a higher standard of care for heart attack patients and treating these patients to standard levels of care as outlined by the American College of Cardiology/American Heart Association clinical guidelines and recommendations.

  • Mission: Lifeline Awards

    Ascension St. John Jane Phillips was recognized as a recipient of Mission: Lifeline® Gold-Plus Receiving Award and the Mission: Lifeline® NSTEMI Gold Quality Achievement Award by the American Heart Association. Jane Phillips earned the awards by meeting specific criteria and standards of performance for quick and appropriate treatment through emergency procedures to re-establish blood flow to blocked arteries in heart attack patients coming into the hospital, directly or by transfer from another facility.

  • Diabetes Self-Management Program recognized by the American Diabetes Association

    The American Diabetes Associates requires meeting 10 comprehensive performance standards to maintain recognition: internal structure, external input, access, indicators, instructional staff, curriculum, individualization, ongoing support, patient progress and quality improvement.
