  • What is the typical length of stay for a residential level of care? 
    For the Center of OCD and Anxiety, the typical length of stay is 45-60 days. For the Center for Addiction Medicine, the typical length of stay is 20-30 days. 
  • Who and what do you treat?

    At the Center for Addiction Medicine, we accept individuals 18 years and older with a primary diagnosis of any type of substance use disorder. At the OCD and Anxiety Center, we accept individuals 18 years and older with a primary diagnosis of OCD, OCD-related disorders and anxiety disorders.

  • What insurance do you accept?
    We accept commercial insurance, PPOs, in-network HMOs, and self-pay. Insurance verification and financial responsibility will be provided prior to admission. We do not accept Medicare, Tricare or Medicaid plans.
  • Are both the OCD Anxiety and Addiction Medicine programs together?

    The Ascension Illinois - Foglia Family Foundation Residential Treatment Center houses two separate, distinct programs:

    • On the first floor is our Adult Center for Addiction Medicine.
    • On the second floor is the Adult Center for OCD and Anxiety.

    Bedrooms and treatment spaces are not shared between the programs.
