To pre-register for one of the following services below, please call:

Maternity Registration

Labor and delivery registration is located on the hospital’s second floor. To pre-register for a delivery, please fill out the form given to you by your physician and return it to the emergency department at Ascension Seton Northwest or call 512-324-6103.

Pre-operative Testing Registration

If you have not received a pre-admission testing appointment, please call the pre-operative scheduling department three days before your surgery at 512-324-6163 or 512-324-6162.
