Breast MRI screenings
Breast care is a personal health experience. At Ascension St. Vincent, our breast care team focuses on helping you feel comfortable. We are committed to providing women's health services that are right for you. A breast MRI screening is an additional test which is available for women with dense breast tissue. For this test, you need to:
- Be asymptomatic
- Be at least 40 years old
- Have an order from your physician
- Have dense breast tissue
- Have had a mammogram within the past 12 months
