Ascension St. Vincent’s Southside Outpatient Infusion Center in Jacksonville, Florida, specializes in outpatient infusion therapy. If infusion therapy is recommended as part of your treatment plan, you will receive intravenous (IV) therapy from a team of highly trained nurses and pharmacists.
We start each appointment with a conversation. Tell us how you are feeling and any concerns you may have. Our compassionate care team pays attention to how you’re feeling and creates a care plan to your specific health needs.

What should I do if I am feeling sick on the day of my scheduled infusion?
If you are sick or have a cough, please call your doctor to find out if you need to reschedule your appointment.
If you are told to keep the appointment, please let us know at check-in that you are sick. To cancel the appointment, please call to reschedule.

Do you accept walk-ins?
Walk-ins are only accepted for hydration and iron infusions if accompanied by a physician order. All other infusions must be scheduled in advance.
