Ascension Sacred Heart Hospital Pensacola has a dedicated OB emergency room. Specially trained doctors, nurses, and care team members deliver 24/7 emergency care for pregnancy-related emergencies.

Maternal fetal medicine and high risk pregnancy care
Our maternal-fetal medicine (MFM) specialists work with your OB-GYN to deliver care for high-risk pregnancies and other health concerns, including high blood pressure, diabetes, heart problems and genetic disorders. Neonatal intensive care
Studer Family Children’s Hospital at Ascension Sacred Heart has the region’s only Level III NICU — delivering advanced care for preterm and critically sick babies. As a Level III neonatal intensive care unit (NICU), we provide advanced care for critically ill newborns and those born prematurely. From our NICU, we provide on-site consultation and care from 30 different pediatric specialties.
On our Emerald Coast campus, we have a Level II NICU. As a Level II NICU, we deliver advanced care for babies born sick and premature newborns
