Professional Statement
My approach to therapy is collaborative and focused on moving you closer to your goals and values. My sessions are fairly structured and there is usually some kind of experiment or homework to try between sessions. I like to provide clients with lots of information and to give them options for different paths that could take them closer to their goals. My goal is to help you move closer to the changes you want to see in your life and also to help you become your own therapist so you can continue to use the skills you learn in therapy even after sessions have ended.
