Sherry D. Hash, NP, is an independent, functional neurosurgical nurse practitioner at Ascension St. Vincent in Indianapolis, Indiana. She is part of a neurosurgery care team that diagnoses and treats brain, spine and nerve disorders, including back pain, chronic headaches, epilepsy and movement disorders.
