Dear Patient/Family Member, Thank you for trusting us with your care at Dell Children's Medical Group. We are reaching out to inform you of an upcoming change in our pediatric neurology team.

Effective April 30, 2025, Dr. Manikum Moodley, MBChB, Pediatric Neurologist, will be retiring and departing UT Health Austin Pediatric Neurosciences at Dell Children's. As a result, Dr. Moodley will no longer be seeing patients at the following locations:

Dell Children's Specialty Pavilion 4910 Mueller Blvd., Suite 300 Austin, TX 78723

Dell Children's Medical Group at Davis Lane 5301-B Davis Lane, Suite 100 Austin, TX 78749

Dell Children's Medical Center 4900 Mueller Blvd. Austin, TX 78723

Over the next few weeks, Dr. Moodley and our care team will be working with you to ensure a smooth and seamless transition. We are pleased to have a team of highly qualified pediatric neurology providers available to continue your care.

Options for Continued Care: If you currently have an appointment scheduled with Dr. Moodley after April 30, 2025, or need to schedule follow-up care, our office will assist you in rescheduling with another pediatric neurology provider at one of our clinic locations.

Your medical records will remain with Dell Children's Medical Group. You do not need to take any action if you wish to continue your care within our group. To speak with our team about your ongoing care or scheduling needs, please call us at 512-628-1855.

If you wish to request a copy of your records or transfer them to another provider outside of Dell Children's Medical Group, please contact us at 512-628-1855, and we will assist you with the transfer upon request.
