Benzy J. Padanilam, MD, is a cardiac electrophysiologist at Ascension St. Vincent in Indianapolis and Terre Haute, Indiana. He serves as the co-director of the electrophysiology lab and associate program director of the Cardiac Electrophysiology Fellowship. The diagnostic maneuvers he has developed are routinely used by clinicians to make accurate diagnosis during electrophysiology studies. He has authored numerous publications in prestigious journals and some of the notable work include the PAC maneuver, the PHC maneuver, the early PVC maneuver, and methods to rapidly identify rhythm changes during complex flutter ablations.
