About Olivia Christine Parkhill, OD
Olivia Parkhill, OD, is an optometrist at Studer Family Children's Hospital in Pensacola, FL.
Dr. Parkhill provides specialized care for children with vision and eye problems. Pediatric ophthalmologists and care team members are skilled at recognizing the sometimes subtle signs of an eye problem that a baby or young child cannot describe, and they use specialized equipment designed with a child's needs in mind. She starts by listening to understand your child and their eye health. She takes the time to get to know you and your family’s health history. Then, she delivers personalized care that's right for your child.
Dr. Parkhill graduated cum laude with her bachelor’s degree from the University of Florida in Gainesville. Dr. Parkhill is passionate about community service. In college, she volunteered with Girls on the Run, a program to empower pre-teen girls, and an Arts in Medicine program for patients with Parkinson’s disease. She also studied abroad in South Africa, serving in rural townships painting schools, updating a preschool playground, and installing a roof on an open-air classroom.
When not caring for patients, Dr. Parkhill is interested in sailing, skiing and playing the violin.
