Adam T. Grant, FNP-BC, is a family nurse practitioner providing primary care services at Ascension St. Vincent in Newburgh, Indiana near Evansville, IN. Adam believes in preventative care and the application of evidenced based medicine to prevent illness, surveil for chronic illnesses to catch them early and provide effective treatment to keep them under control or cure them, and to provide ongoing evaluation and treatment for various chronic illnesses.
