Dayna G. Diven, MD, is a board-certified, experienced dermatologist at Ascension Seton in Austin and Buda, Texas. Dr. Diven diagnoses and treats dermatologic conditions, including skin cancer. She listens to understand your symptoms and then works together with you to create a personalized care plan.

Dr. Diven has a clinical interest in vascular malformations and birthmarks, acne, alopecia, angiofibromas (non-cancerous tumor made of blood vessels and tissue), connective tissue disease, hair disorders, genetic skin conditions, lupus, psoriasis, vitiligo (loss of skin color), skin cancer, etc.. Dr. Diven delivers advanced treatments, including BOTOX™ injections, cryotherapy (liquid nitrogen), immunotherapy (to treat skin diseases), minor skin procedures, narrow band UVB therapy, laser treatments, wart treatments, etc.

Dr. Diven was born in Texas, grew up in California and returned to Texas to attend medical school. She spent many years in Galveston and moved to Austin in 2004 with her husband and four children to be part of establishing a new dermatology training program in Central Texas.
