About Aasita N Patel, MD
Prior to joining Chicago Cardiology Institute, Dr. Patel served as the Chief Cardiology Fellow at the University of Florida-Jacksonville, where she completed her cardiology fellowship. She has also served as the Chief Medical Resident for the West Suburban Medical Center in Oak Park, IL. Dr. Patel completed her residency and received her Doctor of Medicine at the University of Illinois’s College of Medicine at Chicago. Dr. Patel is board certified in Internal Medicine, Nuclear Cardiology and Cardiovascular Disease. Her areas of interest include women’s heart health, echocardiography and nuclear cardiology.
