Leslie T. McQuiston, MD, is a board-certified, experienced urologist with sub-specialty certification in pediatric urology at Dell Children's in Austin and Cedar Park, Texas. Dr. McQuiston specializes in diagnosing and treating urinary tract and genital conditions in infants and children. She treats many conditions, including [congenital malformations, genitalia conditions, urinary frequency, bed wetting, urinary tract infections, renal diseases and other complex conditions. Dr. McQuiston starts by listening to understand your child and their symptoms. Then, she works with you to create a personalized care plan. Dr. McQuiston has the expertise to deliver advanced treatments, including surgical care.

Dr. McQuiston has a clinical interest in congenital malformations, cloacal exstrophy, ambiguous genitalia, incontinence, neurogenic bladder, and more. Dr. McQuiston received her undergraduate degree at Stanford University in California and obtained her medical degree at the Albany Medical College in New York.

Dr. McQuiston completed a general surgery internship and urologic surgery residency at Brown University in Providence, Rhode Island as well as an advanced training fellowship in pediatric urology at Cincinnati Children's Hospital.

Dr. McQuiston has held academic faculty appointments at Brown University and most recently at Dartmouth University where she was active in clinical research. Her special interest is in shared decision-making with families as it relates to pediatric urology. She brings her expertise of Voiding Dysfunction to Central Texas and is director of that clinic.
