Margaret E. Brown, MD, is a board-certified, experienced dermatologist at Ascension Seton in Austin and Buda, Texas. Dr. Brown diagnoses and treats dermatologic conditions, including skin cancer. She listens to understand your symptoms and then works together with you to create a personalized care plan.

Dr. Brown has a clinical interest in vascular malformations and birthmarks, acne, alopecia, angiofibromas (non-cancerous tumor made of blood vessels and tissue), connective tissue disease, hair disorders, genetic skin conditions, lupus, psoriasis, vitiligo (loss of skin color), skin cancer, etc.. Dr. Brown delivers advanced treatments, including BOTOX™ injections, cryotherapy (liquid nitrogen), immunotherapy (to treat skin diseases), minor skin procedures, narrow band UVB therapy, laser treatments, wart treatments, etc.

Dr. Brown completed her training in San Antonio, where she attended the Long School of Medicine, UT Health San Antonio. She completed her Dermatology Residency at UT Health San Antonio as well.

Dr. Brown's practice includes general, medical and surgical dermatology for patients of all ages. She enjoys the breadth of dermatology. As a skin specialist, she can help patients with skin cancer, autoimmune conditions, acne or warts.
