Eric E. Tibesar, MD, is a pediatric gastroenterologist at Peyton Manning Children's in Fishers and Indianapolis, Indiana. Dr. Tibesar has the expertise to diagnose and care for gastrointestinal (GI) diseases and disorders in infants, children and teens. He takes a family-centered approach to care, working with families to make supportive changes and provide the right care plan for each child, including evidence-based therapeutics and non-surgical minimally invasive procedures, whenever possible.

Dr. Tibesar is a graduate of the Carver College of Medicine at The University of Iowa. He completed his pediatric residency at the Mayo Clinic in Rochester, MN. He completed his Pediatric Gastroenterology Fellowship at Johns Hopkins Hospital in Baltimore, MD.

Dr. Tibesar has a special interest in esophageal reflux, food allergies and nutrition. As part of our multispecialty approach for complex conditions, Dr. Tibesar works with pediatric specialists when needed to provide comprehensive care, including surgical options.
