Dr. Berger also completed an approved fellowship in Reproductive Endocrinology at Pennsylvania Hospital and Johns Hopkins Hospital. For a number of years, he was the clinical director of an ART (Assisted Reproduction Technology) center as well as an educator for local residents and medical staff members in the Baltimore area.

Dr. Berger offers patient directed care for general gynecology including well woman visits, cervical cancer screening, breast care, and genital health. He specializes in hormonal evaluations for menstrual irregularities as well as fertility assessments. Dr. Berger offers basic fertility evaluations including performing HSG’s, male partner assessment, and monitored ovulation induction. He performs surgeries to restore pelvic anatomy and function, which leads to restoration of fertility as well as alleviation of heavy or painful menses. Dr. Berger performs fibroid removal and tubal ligation reversal surgeries. He has expertise in minimally invasive GYN surgery and performs laparoscopic surgeries for treatment of pelvic pain due to prior infection or endometriosis, hysteroscopic surgeries for endometrial polyps and uterine fibroids causing heavy or painful menses. Dr. Berger also performs endometrial ablation procedures and laparoscopic hysterectomy for definitive treatment.
