Michelle E. Parker, MD, is a board-certified internal medicine doctor with Ascension Sacred Heart in Alys Beach, FL. Dr. Parker’s patients are part of a new primary care model featuring a comprehensive prevention and wellness membership program, in collaboration with MDVIP, to provide primary care, advanced screenings and diagnostic tests, along with a tailored wellness plan emphasizing education, prevention and one-on-one support. Dr. Parker received her medical degree from the Medical College of Georgia in Augusta. After medical school, she continued at the Medical College of Georgia to perform her internship training and internal medicine residency. She received her master's degree in Nutrition Science from the University of Georgia in Athens and her bachelor’s degree in biology from Hartwick College in Oneonta, New York. Additionally, Dr. Parker served as a commissioned officer in the U. S. Air Force for 7 years. She has a special interest in general medicine, advanced wound care, nutrition and advanced skin care.
