Professional Statement

My goal is to be a good listener and advise and teach my patients. I try to incorporate their beliefs and preferences so they can make decisions together. I am an advocate for preventive medicine and spend time with patients reviewing and encouraging proactive healthcare to prevent and avoid illnesses. I put a premium on listening that supports quality dialogue between doctor and patient during office visits. By incorporating the patient's perspective, I use natural, dietary or behavioral measures as a first course of action in improving patient health before introducing prescription medications.
