Peter Janu, MD, is a surgeon with a special interest in heartburn and reflux disease, as well as laparoscopic techniques, peripheral vascular diseases, nutritional support and hernia surgery. Dr. Janu developed national recognition for minimally invasive procedures for the treatment of heartburn and reflux, and serves as the region?s Director of the Reflux Center of Excellence. Dr. Janu earned his medical degree from the University of Wisconsin in Madison and served his residency at the University of Tennessee in Memphis.He has 3 sons and enjoy mountain biking, sailing, sking, rollerblading, hockey, golf and watching the Packers.
