This new location is part of the Providence Medical Plaza and is designed to enhance care coordination and improve access to services for our vascular patients.

If you already have an appointment scheduled with Dr. Davies on or after July 14, 2025, your appointment will take place at the new clinic. Your medical records and information will remain securely on file and accessible at the new location. No action is required on your part.
