Kristin Bean, PA-C, is a physician assistant specializing in obstetrics and gynecology with Ascension Illinois in Buffalo Grove, IL. She listens to understand you and your preferences as a woman. Then Dr. Bean works with you to deliver compassionate, personalized prenatal care throughout your pregnancy, labor, and delivery. Dr. Bean also specializes in female reproductive health conditions, menopause case, emotional health, breast health and more. Kristin is licensed by the National Commission on Certification of physician assistants (NCCPA) and a member of the American Academy of physician assistants (AAPA) and the Academy of Breastfeeding Medicine (ABM). She became an international board-certified lactation consultant (IBCLC) in 2020 to better meet the needs of her breastfeeding patients and their babies.
