Stacy R Agee, NPCritical Care Medicine in Indianapolis, IN

Stacy R. Agee, NP, is a nurse practitioner at Ascension St. Vincent in Indianapolis, Indiana. She is part of a Critical Care-Internal Medicine-Transitionalist outpatient team that provides personalized care to high-risk, complex chronic patients that are in need of close monitoring after a hospitalization or acute rehab admission.

Stacy provides post-discharge, episodic, or longitudinal, condition-specific care to patients. She will work with your entire care team to ensure a safe transition into the outpatient setting.

Stacy and her team will assist with connecting patients to a primary care provider that will take over all long-term management and coordination of a patient's healthcare. Stacy and her team will help you navigate the sometimes difficult to understand healthcare system.

Stacy has been the proud recipient of our Ascension Flame Award for our clinic sepsis program. This award is awarded annually to the Advanced Practice Provider who has represented the Ascension missions and values as witnessed by their actions of stewardship, wisdom, and creativity with a notable spirit of service to their community and vulnerable populations.

Stacy also recently received the Ascension Spark Award. The Spark Award is to be given annually to the Advanced Practice Provider who has made a significant contribution to the organization through their leadership and dedication to the advanced practice role and/or for their inspiration of others through leadership, mentoring, and or education.
