On September 12, 2025, Alicia Ka-yan Chang, MD, Pediatric Hematologist-Oncologist, will be leaving Dell Children's Medical Group to pursue new professional opportunities. As a result, Dr. Chang will no longer be seeing patients at Dell Children's Medical Group - Mueller (4910 Mueller Blvd, Suite 200, Austin, TX 78723).

Over the coming weeks, Dr. Chang and our care team will work with you to ensure a smooth and uninterrupted transition in care. We are pleased to have a highly experienced team of pediatric hematology and oncology specialists who are ready to continue providing exceptional, compassionate care to your child.

Care Continuity and Medical Records:

• If you have an appointment with Dr. Chang scheduled after September 12, 2025, or need to schedule future care, we will assist you in rescheduling with another qualified pediatric hematology and oncology provider.

• Your child's medical records will remain with Dell Children's Medical Group. If you wish to transfer these records to a provider outside our system, we will assist with the transfer upon request.
