As a vascular neurologist, Dr. Morton uses cerebral angiography, a type of image that shows how blood flows through the brain arteries. She is part of the stroke care team and specializes in the stroke interventions and IV-tPA medication to dissolve a blood clot that is causing a stroke. If you are at risk for stroke, she can help manage your risk factors, such as high blood pressure and high cholesterol, with medication therapies. She also focuses on monitoring cerebrovascular conditions and heart arrhythmias. Dr. Morton is currently the National Medical Director of Teleneurology for Ascension and a vascular neurologist for Ascension Medical Group Wisconsin.

Dr. Morton received her medical degree from Robert Wood Johnson Medical School in Camden, NJ, and completed her neurology and vascular neurology training at Cleveland Clinic Foundation in Cleveland, OH.

When not caring for patients, Dr. Morton enjoys spending time with her husband, a Brigade Commander in the Army Reserves, and their two children in Austin, Texas.
