Kimberly Barnett, PA-C, is a physician assistant specializing in neurosurgery with Ascension Providence in Waco, Texas. She listens to understand you and your health concerns, taking the time to get to know you and your family's health history and create a personalized care plan that's right for you. As a physician assistant, Kimberly can diagnose illness and injury, prescribe medication and provide non-surgical care.

Kim started working with Ascension Medical Group Providence Neurosurgical Clinic in 2018. She has assisted our surgeons with numerous surgeries over the years. Kim is excited to return to Waco where she earned her Bachelor of Science degree from Baylor University in 2007. She completed her Masters of physician assistant studies from the University of Texas - Pan American in 2010 as the Program President. Fun Fact: During her time at Baylor University, Kim was the beloved Baylor mascot, Bruiser the bear!

Outside of the office, Kim enjoys running, reading, traveling with her husband, and being a boy-mom. Kim is active in her church and leads international medical mission trips in Costa Rica and Rwanda.
