Charles D. Fraser, Jr., MD, is a board-certified, fellowship-trained pediatric cardiothoracic surgeon at Dell Children's in Austin, Texas. Dr. Fraser surgically repairs congenital heart defects in children and adults, and acquired heart conditions. Dr. Fraser has a clinical interest in heart failure, VAD and transplant, single ventricle defects, coronary artery disease, VSD patch surgery, and correcting structural heart conditions in teens and young adults caused by congenital disorders. He is trained in pediatric cardiac surgery using robotic-assisted, minimally invasive surgical techniques.
