Sejal Saraiya Kuthiala, MDMedical Oncology in Jacksonville, FL

Sejal S. Kuthiala, MD, is board-certified in medical oncology and practices at Cancer Specialists of North Florida's (CSNF) Southside location. Originally from North Carolina, Dr. Kuthiala completed her undergraduate degree in biology at the University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill, before earning her Doctor of Medicine from St. George’s University in Grenada, West Indies. After medical school, she relocated to Augusta, Georgia, where she completed her residency and fellowship programs at Medical College of Georgia in Augusta.

Dr. Kuthiala began her practice in 2006 at CSNF, and like many of her colleagues, fell in love with the comprehensive approach and advanced technology and treatment that CSNF offers. With over 11 years of clinical research experience, Dr. Kuthiala has a strong understanding of how advances in cancer treatment allow for more directed, specific treatments for patients. This, in turn, allows patients to spend less time in treatment and more time with their families, which is very rewarding. In addition to her passion for research and technology, Dr. Kuthiala has a deep appreciation for CSNF’s family environment, saying that at community practices like CSNF, she's able to really get to become a part of the patient’s family.

When not in the office, Dr. Kuthiala enjoys spending time with her three children and family, reading, and finding new recipes.
