Haley Newton, NP, is a cardiac nurse practitioner at Ascension St. Vincent in Brazil and Linton, Indiana. She listens to understand you and your health concerns, taking the time to get to know you and your family's health history and create a personalized care plan that's right for you. As a NP, Haley can diagnose illness and injury, prescribe medication and provide non-surgical care.

Haley is part of a multispecialty cardiology care team that diagnoses and treats heart and vascular conditions, including coronary artery disease, congestive heart failure, atrial fibrillation and heart valve disease.

Haley collaborates with your cardiologist to answer your questions and provide the comprehensive cardiovascular care you need. She also prescribes medication and delivers preventive and non-surgical care such as pacemaker monitoring, heart screenings and medication management for cholesterol and hypertension.

Haley is a member of American Association of Nurse Practitioners (AANP) and Coalition of Advanced Practice Registered Nurses of Indiana (CAPNI).

When not caring for patients, Haley enjoys spending time with her family, being outdoors, gardening, sewing, and caring for animals. Haley was a 10 year 4-H member and continues to enjoy living the rural life. Additionally she loves traveling, Texas is her favorite location to visit.
