Lucia Z. Diaz, MD, is a board-certified, experienced pediatric dermatologist at Dell Children's in Austin, Texas. Dr. Diaz has specialized training and expertise to diagnose and treat dermatologic conditions in children. She starts by listening to understand your child and their symptoms. Then, Dr. Diaz works with you to create a care plan that's right for your child.

Dr. Diaz has a clinical interest in birthmarks, rheumatologic conditions, severe inflammatory skin diseases, medical education and procedural dermatology, and more. She has special interest in general pediatric skin diseases and inherited skin disorders. Dr. Diaz has the expertise to deliver advanced treatments, including BOTOX™ injections, cryotherapy (liquid nitrogen), immunotherapy (to treat skin diseases), minor skin procedures, narrow band UVB therapy, laser treatments, and wart treatments. She is an associate professor at Dell Medical School at The University of Texas Medical School at Austin, Department of Dermatology and Pediatrics.
